I have noticed several Air Force locations continue to be blocked access to the Google App Engine (*.appspot.com) where the USAF WAPS Promotion Calculators™ are. The restriction is not based on content but because the content is located on Google’s App Engine. Unfortunately, I don’t have any influence regarding the network administrators allowing access any time now or in the future. Don’t feel too bad. The Air Force Personnel Center is blocked by their network, too. 

On the plus side, several .gov, .army.mil, and joint command locations have been given access and they continue to successfully use the calculators.
